How to Delete a Discord Server on the Desktop Application
Deleting a channel for good on the desktop application only takes a few clicks. Be sure to let everyone in the channel know what you’re doing so they’re not surprised when it disappears, and then proceed with these steps.
Open the Discord application and select the server you want to delete. Right-click or tap and hold on the server and select Server Settings from the menu. Select the red Delete Server from the bottom of the left-hand menu. You’ll be asked if you are sure you want to delete this channel. If you are,type the server name in the respective field, and select Delete Server.
Discord will permanently delete the server.
How to Delete a Discord Server on the Mobile App
Deleting a Discord server on a mobile app is slightly different from a desktop but is no more difficult.
Open the Discord App and select the server you want to delete. Select the three-dot menu icon in the top-right. Select the Settings cog icon, followed by the three dot menu in the top-right. Select Delete server. When prompted, select Delete Server again.
