You can’t use the app or a mobile browser to close your account.
That information is mandatory for a few reasons: to give Wattpad a better picture of what makes users leave and to show that it’s really you closing the account instead of a bot.
Sign in with your username and password again and the account will be reactivated. Don’t sign in to see if your account has been closed because signing in will reactivate it again. Instead, go to https://www. wattpad. com/user/yourusername (insert your Wattpad username at the end of that link in place of “yourusername”) and look for the “User not found” message.
