How to Direct Replies to a Special Address in Outlook
When you want replies to your email messages to go to a different account than the one that you sent the email from, change the reply-to address. In Outlook, you can specify a special Reply-To address for each email you send.
Here’s how to have replies to an email go to an address different from the one used to send the message in Outlook:
Create a new email message. In the message window, go to the Options tab. In the More Options group, select Direct Replies To. In the Delivery options section, select the Have replies sent to check box and enter the email address where you want to receive replies. Select Close to apply the reply-to email address and close the window.
You can also set a default Reply-To: address for each Outlook account.
